This is why Le Nogare is such a fresh young wine, just like the breezes blowing over the lake, with a strikingly bright ruby red colour, and scents of stewed cherries and spice. Bardolino and Bardolino Superiore are Italian red wines produced along the chain of morainic hills in the province of Verona to the east of Lake Garda. The wine making process occurs by pressing with destemming, a short and cold grapes pre-fermentative maceration.

Once again the production territories are the one located in the province of Verona in the shore and in the piedmont sides of the Garda lake. The “Bardolino Chiaretto DOC”, whose name refers to the rose-coloured shade, comes from the same grapes as the Bardolino, but peels go through a “pinkish vinification” process; being partially in contact with them, the must softly changes its colour. Montresor is one of Verona’s historic wine houses, founded by Giacomo Montresor in 1892, with a reputation built on high quality, affordable Valpolicella and Amarone. Appropriate security measures are applied to prevent data from loss or alteration – even if accidental – unlawful or improper uses or unauthorised access. This elegant red is a case in point, made from handpicked grapes from plots in Bardolino between the east shores of Lake Garda and the Adige river valley.

The Corte Giara wine estate, Naiano, stretches across an area of 33 hectares, and is located right in the centre of Bardolino Classico. The Bardolino DOC can also be found in its “Novello” version; like all young wines, it is produced through carbonic maceration (at least 85%) and it is bottled within the 31th of December of the year. It has a dry and sapid taste, lightly bitter but harmonic and fine, of great quality and sometimes depending on the settling time it could be lightly sparkly.

Monte del Frà has a unique Italian history, led by our forefather, Massimo Bonomo, who in the mid twentieth century (Est. The Bardolino DOC wine – grown, vinified and bottled in the central region between Bardolino, Lazise, Affi, Garda, Costermano and Cavaion – may also bear the designation Bardolino classic. The 'power' variation of the quaffable Bardolino classic is the Bardolino superior with its DOCG seal. The towns interested in the production of the Bardolino DOC are Torri del Benaco, Caprino Veronese, Rivoli, Pastrengo, Bussolengo, Castelnuovo del Garda, Sommacampagna and Valeggio sul Mincio entirely or partially interested. In 2018 the Chiaretto received a specific DOC mark thus becoming independent from the “Bardolino” DOC mark it had received in 1968.
